Please join us for the BYBA Annual June Dinner & Silent Auction!

We are celebrating the club’s 33rd Anniversary!

When: Tuesday, June 30th @ 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Where:  Norfield Congregational Church - 64 Norfield Rd, Weston

What to bring:

• A food dish to share.  Registration IS REQUIRED. Be sure to visit the 

to let us know what food dish you’ll be bringing to share.  There is an option to attend and pay rather than bring a dish.  We do need an accurate count though so please be sure to register and let us know how many will be in your party.  Family and guests are welcome!

You can save everyone time by preprinting and completing your recipe name card.  (These are 1/4 of 1 page and are smaller when folded to stand as a tent card.  Please print 4 to a page.)

• Also needed are your generous donations!  Items can be bee related but do not have to be.  We are happy to include anything in the silent auction that you feel others might bid on.  Examples can include but are not limited to: Items in good condition from your house or yard, gift cards/vouchers from businesses that you frequent, crafts or food items that you've made, or maybe some pollinator-friendly plants!

We would love it if you dropped off your Donation items early at Norfield Congregational Church on Monday, 6/29/26 from 4:30-7:30 PM.  Please bring this donation form pre-filled with the item name and description along with your item. (Note: This form is best printed 2 to a page so that the final version is 5.5" x 8.5" - 1/2 a landscape formatted page). Please do not change the initial bid amount.  We start all items at $1 for simplicity and consistency.  We trust that the market (you) will determine the appropriate price for each item by outbidding one another until a final price is determined at the end of the auction.  Thank you!

If you cannot attend but would still like to make a donation, please email paulawolf@email.com to arrange pickup of your donation.

If you aren't able to bring your items ahead of time, please still bring your donations.  Board members will be available the night of the event to assist you.  

• Your wallet for purchases in the silent auction.  There will be plenty of cool stuff and all funds support the club's many activities.  We accept cash, checks or cards.  
  
  

Registering as early as possible helps us plan appropriately.  

Remember that this meeting starts earlier than our usual Monthly Meeting.  You may bring your items for donation to the Silent Auction beginning at 5:30.  We look forward to seeing you there!
