Join me Ralph Szur, a long-standing Back Yard Beekeeping club member with 24 years of experience (and board member), for a return to live bee keeping workshops at our yard in Easton. This workshop is geared towards newer beekeepers.

Starting at 10:30, we will perform an inspection of some of the package hives we started earlier in the season. We also plan to include a demonstration on assessing hives for mites and potential treatments along with suggestions for timing honey harvesting.

Members of the Back Yard Beekeepers bee yard working committee will be on hand to tend some of the club hives. This is a great opportunity for you to learn from them hands on and volunteer to help us maintain this wonderful club asset.
