In beekeeping we often have to prepare for the next seasonal change well in advance of seeing those changes begin. Join Back Yard Beekeeper's Association Board Member David Blocher to learn about prepping your colonies for the upcoming winter. 

This course is tailored for New-Bees and 2nd year beekeepers. Due to restrictions in class size we ask that those who have attended before not register this year.

Topics to be covered will include:

• Evaluating the strength of your hive
• Treating for mites
• What to do about weak colonies
